Our Process
Design
- Schedule initial meeting to discuss scope, timing and expectations for the project. If available, blueprints or CAD files will be requested, if not, BOS will measure onsite and create 2D and 3D drawings of our own.
- Following the initial meeting our design team will sketch drawings for spatial and aesthetic review.
- After discussing your needs, preferences and alterations to any preliminary drawings, we will present pricing, which can be tiered upon request, for further review.
Ordering
- We require a purchase order from all clients before any pieces can be ordered. Once the details are confirmed from the design process, you send us a purchase order, then we do the rest!
Installation
- The installation process actually begins during the initial design meeting. The timing of any project is important for both parties. Communication of any deadlines or goals is key. This helps keep everyone on track during the design and ordering process in order to keep installation on time.
- Leading up to the installation date, our project manager will communicate any changes to the schedule caused during the manufacturing process or other unforeseen circumstances, if applicable. If nothing arises, we will still be in communication with you to ensure your space is still on track to be able to receive the furniture on the planned dates.
- All furniture is delivered to our dock to be counted and sorted before arriving at the install site. Once we have received the product, we will confirm the final time that the site is ready for the furniture before loading it up and sending it out!
- Every installation will have a dedicated team and team lead that combined boast decades of experience and are ready to tackle any challenges that arise. Should any items arrive damaged or incorrect, our team lead will keep a list of any items that need to be reordered. As the customer, of course you are welcome to be onsite for the install, but your presence is not required. Due to the extensive experience of the team and details in the drawings created during the design process, our team is capable of executing autonomously.
- Once installation is complete, and all of the debris has been removed we will ask for your signature on the packing list to confirm that the order arrived in full and to satisfaction. From there it goes to billing!
Billing
- Invoices will be delivered upon completion of project. Unless otherwise discussed by either party, standard terms are net 30.

Installation Process
We begin the process of planning an estimated installation date during our initial design meeting, but understand that construction and other factors may change the initially scheduled installation date! We will work with the customer throughout the entire process to stay up to date with any delays that may occur during their renovation process.
In the days leading up to the installation date, our project managers and installation team will do a thorough review of the entire project and customer expectations. We ask that the customer provide us with a contact for our installation team to work with while they are on site.
During the installation, our team will keep a punch list of any items that need to be ordered in addition to the original order, or that need replacements due to shipping damage. Should this occur, our project managers will take care of ordering and replacing these products as quickly as possible.
Once installation is completed, the customer will sign off on BOS's packing list, and that document will be delivered to project managers for billing.
